Cancellations To cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee or require prepayment for future bookings.

Rescheduling by DetailX In the event of unsafe weather, operational delays, or site limitations, we may reschedule your appointment at no cost.

Payment Terms Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods and any applicable service charges will be clarified before your appointment.
