Service Agreement & Waiver of Liability 

This agreement outlines your acceptance of service and liability terms when booking with DetailX.

Scope of Service You authorize DetailX staff to enter your property (or agreed location) and perform cleaning and detailing services. You confirm the vehicle is legal, accessible, and safe to service.

Liability Release You understand and agree that DetailX is not liable for any damage-known or unknown-to your vehicle or surrounding property. This includes cosmetic defects, existing wear, aftermarket modifications, or unexpected results.

Photos & Documentation We may photograph your vehicle before, during, and after service to maintain quality standards. These images may be used internally or externally unless you object in writing.

No Guarantees While we aim for excellence, results may vary based on vehicle condition, material type, age, and environmental factors. We do not guarantee stain or defect removal.
